Relaxed: Walking with the One Who Isn’t Worried about a Thing by Megan Marshman invites readers to release anxiety and embrace a more peaceful, trust-filled relationship with God. Through personal stories and biblical insight, it encourages letting go of control and learning to rest in God’s calm, steady presence.

We are a high-energy cardio/strength training class for women set to awesome Christian music. Our goal is to offer a challenging workout regardless of your fitness level in a friendly community of women. You are welcome to drop in and check us out to see if you like our class format at any time during the year.
