Pastor Jonas will host an online webinar conversation around racism and reconciliation with people of color from Bethel Church. Our guests for the first conversation will be Shontarius Aikens and Jagila Minso. Shontarius has been a part of the Bethel Orchestra, several Core Classes, and a regular part of our church since 2013. Jagila joined the Bethel family more recently in 2018.
The conversations around racism and reconciliation will give us an opportunity to hear from a diverse group of brothers and sisters in Christ. Our goal in hosting these conversations is that we would grow in our understanding of different experiences, expand our capacity for empathy, and model healthy conversations around topics that are often hard to talk about.
