Welcome to episode 22 of Quarantime with God! My name is Scott, and I’m an 11th grade leader. James 1:2-3 says, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” Our muscles are strengthened by strain, not comfort. The same is true for our faith. James wrote to Christians scattered by persecution. He learned that when we persevere through hard times, they strengthen us and make us more like Jesus.
