Serving with Connections

Greeters and Door Hosts

Think back to the last Sunday you were in church. Did someone greet you with a smile or maybe they opened the door for you when your hands were full or maybe they made a point to shake your hand and say “Good morning!”. We need those people. The ones that make you feel welcome and happy to be here on Sunday morning. If you think that’s you, then let us know (Six services a year).

FM PowerLunch Setup/Greeter/Server

These volunteers would assist Sueann with her duties of setting up, providing a warm welcome to our guests, clearing empty plates, filling water pitchers, and cleaning up at FM PowerLunch each month. FM PowerLunch is held the 2nd Thursday of every month – set up starts at 10 a.m. and we are cleaned up by 1:45 p.m.

College Lunch Meals

During the school year we serve a FREE and home made meal to our college students and those in that age group (18-24) after 2nd service in the Family Life Center. Every week. We need many hands to make the work light. Volunteers help prepare the meal, serve the meal, eat with the students, and then help clean up. If you are interested in being a helper, being a team leader, or just need more information, we’d love to visit with you.

FM PowerLunch Meal Volunteers

On the 2nd Thursday of every month Bethel Church hosts a lunch for Christian business professionals in the community. Each month there are between 40-60 men and women here to enjoy a meal, network, and get some inspiration from the month’s guest speaker. We have faithful volunteers who plan, prepare, serve, and clean up after the meal. If you are interested in being a part of this team and serving when your schedule allows, we’d love to have you!
