Solid Ground Cafe Server

Volunteers are needed to serve at Solid Ground Café. We need cashiers, beverage servers, food servers, and assistants. We will train you on everything you need to know! Solid Ground service times are from 8:15 to 10:30 a.m. and from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. You can choose to serve one Sunday or more. We would love to get to know and work with you!

Solid Ground Café Baker

The food for Solid Ground Café is prepared at Bethel at the end of the week. We bake on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday depending on your schedule. We provide the recipes and the ingredients. Just come and help bake and put it all together!

Men’s Fraternity

Every Friday morning from September – May we serve a hot breakfast to the Men who gather for Bible study and fellowship. Volunteers help prepare and serve the breakfast and if able stay to clean up the kitchen. We start at 5:45 a.m., serve at 6:30 a.m., and are done cleaning up by 7:30 a.m.. Menu is planned and prepped ahead of Friday morning and there is always a leader present in the kitchen. If you are interested in being a helper on occasion or regularly, please let us know.

Solid Ground Wednesday Night Meals

Bethel serves meals for families attending events on Wednesday evenings during the school year. Meals are served starting in September and ending in the spring, usually in April. People are needed for cooking, set-up, serving, and clean-up. If you, your family, or your growth/small group is interested in serving Bethel families in this way, we would love to have you!

College Lunch Meals

During the school year we serve a FREE and home made meal to our college students and those in that age group (18-24) after 2nd service in the Family Life Center. Every week. We need many hands to make the work light. Volunteers help prepare the meal, serve the meal, eat with the students, and then help clean up. If you are interested in being a helper, being a team leader, or just need more information, we’d love to visit with you.
