Dear Bethel Church,
For the next 9 weeks (starting June 6th), we will be in a new Sunday-morning sermon series called “The 9”. This study will take an in-depth look at the fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22-23. The nine character traits, which make up the fruit of the Spirit, are collectively a reflection of Christ himself. As the very character of Christ is formed in us by the power of the Holy Spirit, all of our relationships are impacted.
Bethel Kids will be joining us as we learn about the fruit of the Spirit this summer! We encourage families to bring their children along to our regular church services where they will be provided with “Kid-friendly” sermon notes to encourage active listening and participation. Sunday School will be provided for only Infants-4 year olds during our 9:00 am service.
The 9 Summer At Home Guide
Starting June 6, follow along with our Summer sermon series and dig deeper into God’s Word at home. Each week there is an at-home guide to do on your own or with a small group, and activities to do as a couple, with your kids, or with your teens at home. These activities help you and your family dig deeper into what was taught at church on Sunday! Our hope is at home, through this booklet, you can introduce a deeper understanding of the character of God in your home, model what it means to abide in Christ, and encourage one another toward bearing fruit.
For families with children, an optional Preschool and Elementary Reward System is available to use as a teaching aid to encourage your kids to live out each character trait.
Click here to request a reward system or pick one up at the Bethel Kids desk.
