After much discussion, prayer, and research, the Bethel Elder Board voted on Tuesday, April 15th, to hire an Executive Pastor of Ministry Development.

Pastor Andy is beyond capacity in effectively leading and supporting our current Ministry Leadership Team (all Pastors and Ministry Directors), the leadership structure, and effectively keeping us moving forward in pursuit of God’s mission and vision.

To achieve the mission and vision God has given Bethel Church, we need to strengthen our senior leadership structure to enable more effective decision-making, cultivate forward thinking, and advance strategic execution.  Both the Senior Associate Pastor of Operations and the new Executive Pastor of Ministry Development will report directly to Pastor Andy.

The Executive Pastor of Ministry Development will absorb the mission and vision of Bethel Church and help our ministry staff strategically execute in a way that keeps us from getting stuck, while at the same time, moving us forward.

Bethel Church is currently searching for a Children’s Director to lead the Children’s Ministry. The Children’s Director plays a vital role in shaping the spiritual development of children within Bethel Church. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at providing a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young individuals to grow in their faith.

Bethel Church is currently looking for an organized and reliable person to join the Worship team as the Administrative Assistant to Worship Ministry. This is a part-time position working approximately 10 hours per week.
