Director of Women's Ministry

Are you passionate about helping women grow in their walk with Jesus and thrive in a grace-filled community? Bethel Church is seeking a part-time Director of Women’s Ministry (30 hours/week) to shepherd women, support leaders, and cultivate environments where women experience biblical teaching, encouragement, and meaningful connection.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Rooted in a vibrant relationship with Christ
  • A relational leader who loves discipling women
  • Gifted in teaching and developing volunteer teams
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative in ministry.

As Director, you will guide Bethel Women by providing vision, supporting groups and studies, equipping leaders, and helping women discover and use their gifts for God’s glory. You’ll also oversee ministries such as Mom’s Group and key communication channels.

Administrative Assistant for Worship Arts

Bethel Church is currently searching for an organized, energized, and creative person with a heart for hospitality to join our Worship Arts team as the Administrative Assistant. This part-time position, working approximately 10 hours per week, provides administrative support and completes a variety of tasks for the Worship Arts team. Event Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences and bringing people together? Bethel Church is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to help plan and execute a variety of special events—from ministry gatherings and weddings to concerts and family celebrations.

This role is perfect for someone who is:

  • Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
  • A servant-leader with a heart for ministry
  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Personable and committed to excellent communication
