Bethel Church is seeking a part-time Director of Women’s Ministry (30 hours/week) to shepherd women, support leaders, and cultivate environments where women experience biblical teaching, encouragement, and meaningful connection.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

• Rooted in a vibrant relationship with Christ
• A relational leader who loves discipling women
• Gifted in teaching and developing volunteer teams
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative in ministry.

As Director, you will guide Bethel Women by providing vision, supporting groups and studies, equipping leaders, and helping women discover and use their gifts for God’s glory. You’ll also oversee ministries such as Mom’s Group and key communication channels.
