My sister Lanae is a NICU nurse at Children's Hospital Mpls, located 6 blocks from the center of the riots and chaos currently taking place. She works weekends 3-11pm. Last night the hospital went into lockdown as her shift ended over concerns that the protest would move in front of the hospital. Please pray for her safety, the safety of all who work at the hospital, the patients and their families, and all first responders who just want to do their jobs. Lanae said the area around the hospital looks like a war zone.

Thank you.

I want to thank and update. Several of you had prayed for my father and others living in long term care facilities. As of today he is doing well and has not contracted COVID 19. We don't know what may happen today or in the days to come, but we trust in the One who holds today and will pick up tomorrow and the next day at the proper time. Thank you for praying.

Prayers of praise that my dad, Gary, got through his procedure to “install” his pacemaker a few weeks back. Now he needs your prayers again, as he will be having a biopsy to see what’s going on regarding a growth on his liver. He’s had intestinal cancer in the past so there is definite concern that this is recurrent cancer. The biopsy will be Thursday. Thanks for your prayers. Kara

Hello all:

I would like to request prayer on behalf of a co-worker of ours at Home Depot. He had a heart attack yesterday morning. They did an angiogram on him this morning, and it seems that his blockages are too numerous to be fixed through angioplasty. Accordingly, he has to have heart bypass surgery. This will take place either on Sunday or Monday. He has a number of health issues including diabetes stacked up against him. I'm not sure if he trusts in Jesus as his Lord and Savior, but he has asked for prayers, so that does mean something. His first name is Frederick and goes by the nickname of Ricky. Please be praying for protection and divine guidance for his medical team.

Thank you and God bless!!

Rick Olson

God thank you for confirmation that You are at work! If it be Your will please let us speak to my stepdaughter soon. Please God soften her mother's heart to see the pain that the anger she holds is causing. Please let me honor her by showing her love so that my stepdaughter can have both parents in her life.
