Please pray for healing for Paul’s mom, Barbara. She is 87, has asthma and is a resident of Villa Maria. We found out recently she tested positive for Covid and has been having great difficulty breathing.

Praising God that Tim's chemotherapy went well and so did the stem cell transplant 2 days later. Days 4-12 after the transplant are the most challenging. Tim is on Day 9 and is experiencing extreme fatigue, nausea and no appetite. I had to take him to the clinic on Sunday for a platelet transfusion. Please pray that the infusion will help him gain some strength to make it through the next 4-5 days until the newly transplanted stem cells are engrafted and start to make more stem cells. We know that God is with us through these trying days and ask for His strength and peace to carry us through to the end. Thanks for praying.

My sweet 105 year old dad contacted Covid a week ago. He is at The Villa in Crookston, Mn. where many residents and workers have "it". My dad, Bernard Stroot, is not doing well as he won't eat and just sleeps. Prayer needed for ALL that are sick and for strength for the nurses to keep going. Breaks my heart that I cannot hold my fathers hand.....thanks for prayers

My husband Robert is a teacher, and I am a registered nurse. This time has been extremely hard for both of us because we have decided to forgo in-person services for the time being because of the delicate nature of our jobs and how we need to be their for our students and patients respectively. Thankfully, neither of us have gotten sick yet, but we are still taking all of the necessary precautions.

They have just made extra hours mandatory for us nurses, so I will be working a total of 36 hours extra over the next 5 weeks. This is already a very demanding job (was even before COVID-19), but these last months have brought added challenges. Thankfully, we get paid nicely for those extra hours, but I have been so tired lately and have not been used to picking up much. I ask for prayers for peace, confidence, and rest for me and my husband during this difficult time.

I also pray that more people will realize the gravity and seriousness of all this surrounding COVID-19 and take more precautions because of the strain it has put on us essential workers. My husband and I both are in professions that are service-oriented but are feeling the hardships of this time.

My husband Robert and I just got married in June in Texas with 11 people in attendance including us. We are blessed to finally be together here after so long of distance, but during this time it has been hard to make more connections up here. We are praying that God brings new friends into our lives and strengthens our current friendships that might have not had as much love into them because of social distancing and everything.

Update-my family friend is doing very well. He had his jaw surgically repaired today and is in good spirits. It appears the Lord protected this stubborn cowboy from all other injuries!!! Praise God. Thank you for praying.

Please now pray for my dad who is having some health problems that we aren't sure how to help with. Pray we can figure out what's wrong so he can feel better soon.

A very good family friend of mine was in a car accident tonight on his way home. He totaled his truck. He has no idea what happened. His jaw is severely broken. There is definitely some sort of head trauma and perhaps internal injuries. Please pray that they are not life-threatening injuries. They live closer to Bismarck but the ICU there was full so they were thankfully able to get him into the ICU here in Fargo and he is on his way here by medical team now. They were going to fly him but there was something with the weather conditions so they have him coming by ambulance.

He is a very physically fit and healthy 60-something-year-old man. This man loves Jesus and we all trust that he is in God's capable hands, but we pray that he can recover fully.

Praise God that Tim's kidney has healed after having a cancerous mass removed. We are now scheduled to go back to the Mayo Clinic on 11/8/20 so that Tim can finish his Stem Cell Transplant.

We are expected to be there about 4 weeks. Please pray for wisdom for the doctors and nurses and God's peace, strength and endurance for Tim. Pray also that God will help me to be a good caregiver for Tim as I encourage him and support him through the difficult days ahead. Thanks for praying!
